Dr. Ramesh Srinivasan, Founder & CEO, Eco-Catalyst Inc.

Dr. Srinivasan is an engineer turned entrepreneur. Starting at IBM Research where he had the opportunity to deepen his skills in supply chain research, Ramesh founded VitalChain, a CleanTech software company, and successfully led its acquisition by C3IoT. Ramesh is also an adjunct professor at San Jose State University, where he teaches product life cycle engineering and decision models for sustainable development.

Chandramouli (Mouli) Venkatesan

Mouli Venkatesan is a sustainability and manufacturing professional with global experience in environmental impact assessments for products and processes, supply chain environmental risk assessment, environment benign materials, alternate energy and product life-cycle analysis. Mouli is proficient in developing and integrating sustainability strategy into core product development processes, expertise in corporate citizenship stakeholder engagement and sustainability-based sales enablement. He is accomplished in sustainable materials management coalition projects involving corporations, government entities, NGOs and highly skilled technical professionals.

Srini Kaza, CTO/Innovare Technologies Inc., Eco-Catalyst Development Partner

Founder & CEO, Innovare Technologies Inc., Srini Kaza is an entrepreneur with thorough experience in establishing, delivering and marketing Information Technology Services. He has specific focus in creating, nurturing, educating and retaining tech talent pool. He has 20 years of experience in the field of Information Technology across various corporate and start-up companies. He is an expert in leadership, planning, Enterprise Architecture, Microsoft .NET, Oracle, Open Source, and CMS development.

Pamela J. Gordon, Advisory Board Member

Senior Consultant at Antea Group, CEO of Technology Forecasters Inc., Advisory Board Member of Eco-Catalyst, Inc.; Expert-in-Residence at Presidio Graduate School, Author of Lean and Green: Profit for Your Workplace and the Environment.

 

Michael Gross, Advisory Board Member

Director of Sustainability, Zanker Recycling. Mr. Gross coordinate sustainability efforts across operations and among business relationships, focusing on greenhouse-gas emissions reductions, recyclables marketing, C&D diversion opportunities, waste management and recycling alternatives and energy and water conservation programs. He provides leadership to reach Zanker’s environmental goals, advocates transformation of the waste industry, and works with the community to integrate sustainability into their daily lives.

 

John West, Advisory Board Member

Over 20 years experience as a Business Development executive for early stage through enterprise companies. Strong background in international business, software sales/marketing, business plan development, and expense management. Industries include IT, medical device, and “green” technology. Currently focused on business coaching and venture Investment.

Cathy Dalton, Advisor, Marketing/Communications

Cathy brings over 25 years experience in technology marketing and sales to Eco-Catalyst where she is focused on marketing and launch strategies, brand development, communications, and demand generation and follow-up. Her experience draws from development and management of a range of marketing initiatives for companies of all sizes, including recent work on sustainability programs with electronics manufacturers through TFI Environment (now Antea Group).
